Hurricane Halloween

Yesterday, Hurricane Sandy hit New York City quite hard.
Luckily, I went up to my dads house for the weekend and my mom decided to go to Pennsylvania.
On Monday, school was cancelled for me and as crazy as this sounds, five feet of snow was expected in the part of Pennsylvania where my mom was staying with her friend!!!!!!! 
School was cancelled on Tuesday and Wednesday so now I get to spend Halloween at my dads house! 
I have never been here for Halloween!
Tonight my step brother has a Halloween party before trick-or-treating and I invited a couple of my friends.
Finally my friends and I get to go trick-or-treating alone!
Because come on, what can possibly be better than FREE CANDY??????
I got my pillow case and my witch costume all ready for tonight....
Halloween is my favorite of holidays!!!
Wish me lots of candy!!

So all Swifties probably already know this, but Taylor Swift's new album "Red" is scheduled to be released on October 22 by Big Machine Records!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!
So far Taylor has been released 5 singles from the album.
Here are my reviews on each single :)
By the way this is just my opinion :)

The first single to be released was "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" on Aug. 16, 2012.
      So I am a huge huge Taylor fan but when I heard this song I have to say That I was a little bit disappointed. :(
I actually found this song..... a little bit mean.
I mean she has many other break-up songs that I LOVE but this one was kind of sarcastic and she had so much like... attitude.
The song had a catchy tune and a good beat but what I love about Taylor is she is different from other artists.
She knows how to write songs that have good messages.
This song doesn't really have that :(
Where the Taylor I know and love?? (I thought to myself)

The second song to be released was "Ronan" on September 8, 2012.
      This song is really good but also very sad :(
I think it is great that Taylor is standing up for cancer.
"We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" must have just been the record company trying to get people's attention for the new album.
When "Ronan" was released I was relieved about the rest of the album.
If anyone doesn't know the story behind "Ronan" I am pretty sure this is it.
So "Ronan" was a three or four year old boy with cancer and he recently passed away.
After reading his mom's blog, Taylor decided to write a song about him because she was so emotional about the story.

The third song to be released was "Begin Again" on September 25, 2012.
      "Begin Again" is a good song. I don't think it is great but its good.
There isn't much to say about this song. I think it is a bit plain but I still like it.
It is a good song to listen to if you can't get to sleep because it is soothing.
There isn't much more to say about "Begin Again". LOL (3 And a half star rating)

The fourth song to be released was "Red" (Also the name of the album) on October 2, 2012.
      Thanx sooooooo much Taylor!!! This song is EPIC!! It is my new favorite song!
I love this song because the lyrics are very well written and Taylor's voice sounds perfect with the melody. (The melody is great)
"Red" is so gonna be that song I listen to all fall long! :) :) :) :) :)

 The fifth and last single to be released so far is "I Knew You Were Trouble" on October 9, 2012.
       I am actually really into this song!!! It's great!
I like that Taylor is trying to do music that's a little more poppy now and  this song sounds great with the addition of a poppy beat.
I hope the rest of the songs on "Red" sound as good as "I Knew You Were Trouble".

So last week on Thursday was my first day of fifth grade and so far everything has gone my way!

Musical hula hoops in phys ed. It is so so so awkward! Grrrrr.....

My favorite judge is Cee Lo but I also love Christina because she is an awesome singer.

also their was this guy who auditioned that didn't get in but he seamed really familiar... His name was Chris Trousdale and he wasn't good at all but I'm pretty sure he was in this show I saw once called Shake It Up.

I think he played this guy called Justin Star??????

I'm not sure though. LOL

the Voice is on NBC Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 pm if anyone was wondering lol.

So I added some new slide shows that I love of doctor who and the hunger games!

If you have never watched doctor who be sure to check it out!

All of the episodes are on netflix except for the new one on season 7.

Just watched the new episode last night!

It was awesome!

Can't wait to watch the rest of the episodes in season 7 when they are released on itunes!

If you are wondering what doctor who is, it is about an alien named "the doctor" (You never know his actual name) who travels through space and time stopping things like alien invasions.

About every 2 or 3 seasons, he chooses a new companion to travel with him in the tardis a time machine that can travel anywhere in the galaxy and it is disguised to look like a telephone booth.

If the doctor is killed, he regenerates and survives.

Sometimes, the actor who plays the doctor changes because whenever the doctor regenerates, (well almost every time) he gets a new look.

So that is what doctor who is about.

Hey readers of my blog!

Sorry I haven't posted anything new in about a week, I went to ocean city with my mom and had a very epic stay!

Plus it was my tenth birthday on September 1!!!!!!! yay :)

Anyway... I have this giant obsession with the books and movie of the hunger games so I thought I would do a post about how much I love it!

Last night I watched it for my fourth time and it was still amazing!

The Hunger Games Movie came out on DVD on August 18 and I love the movie!

The book is about infinity times better than the movie but the movie is still great!

You can watch the movie before you read the books or the other way around it will still be amazing!

If you are looking for an awesome friday night movie to watch then the hunger games is the perfect movie for you!

For people who are already big hunger games fans, BREAKING NEWS!!!!

The movie of the third book mockingjay will be split up into 2 parts.

how exciting is that?

I'm super excited about it and can't wait for catching fire to come out in theaters on november 22, 2013!

Also I would just like to tell you how many hunger games items I have!!

mockingjay pin, peeta t shirt, hunger games sweatshirt, 25 hunger games posters, the hunger games board game, the hunger games guide, 3 hunger games notebooks, 2 hunger games folders, a peeta bookmark, and obviously all three books! Now you know how big of a fan i am!

Justin Bieber: believe (new album) should you buy it?

I was on iTunes trying to find a brand new album to review that is popular right now and I happened to come across Justin Bieber's new album "believe". I never liked him at all but I thought maybe since he has grown up a little bit since the last album This one would be a little bit more mature.

NO.

I waisted like 20 minutes that I will never get back listening to the song samples for the new album.

Ug.

If you are looking to buy an album that is repetitive, cheesy, self centered, and squeaky, then close this window right now and go to the iTunes store to buy this album! Get goin! don't let me stop you!
